• Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
• Profile data: education, experience, skills, projects, portfolio links, resume.
• Activity data: jobs viewed, jobs applied to, messages, search history.
• Device data: IP, browser, OS, locale, app version.
• Payment data: handled exclusively by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers.

To provide the Service, match you with jobs, internships, and candidates; prevent fraud; send notifications; and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data only with: (a) employers or institutes you’ve applied to; (b) service providers (hosting, email, payments) under contract; and (c) law enforcement when legally required.

You may request access, correction, erasure, or portability of your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected] .

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active plus 24 months for fraud prevention and legal compliance. You may request earlier deletion.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, strict access controls, regular penetration tests, and 24×7 monitoring.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Some of our service providers may process data outside India. We ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
