1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation (employer, institute, or franchise), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We use hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, and device-bound sessions to keep your account safe — but you must still treat your password as confidential.
- Use a unique password you don't reuse elsewhere
- Enable two-factor authentication in Settings
- Email security@rozgar24.com within 24 h of any breach
3. Credits (Cr)
Cr is an in-app unit, not money
Cr has no cash value, is non-transferable except as expressly permitted, and may be earned, spent, held, or expired per the published credit rules. See the Credits Policy for full terms.
4. Acceptable use
When you use RozGar24 you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person, employer, or institute
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access without written permission
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, KYC, or any safety mechanism
- Use RozGar24 to spam, harass, or discriminate against other users
5. Employer & institute verification
Employers and institutes must complete KYC (GSTIN, domain email, signatory details) before posting jobs or running drives. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate our verification standards.
What we verify
GSTIN match against the legal entity, a domain email at the company's primary web domain, a signatory whose name appears on government filings, and a phone number reachable by our verification team.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users. We will normally notify you first and give a chance to remedy — unless the conduct is fraudulent or risks other users' safety.
Material breaches
Fraud, scraping, credential abuse, and impersonation are treated as material breaches. We may terminate immediately, retain evidence for law-enforcement referral, and forfeit any unspent Cr.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RozGar24 disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We do our best to keep RozGar24 available, accurate, and safe — but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every job, employer, or candidate is who they claim to be. Always verify independently before sharing sensitive information or sending money.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Where the law requires a different forum (e.g. consumer-protection actions), that law wins.
